Krav Maga training is beneficial for any type of athlete training in any type of sport. Krav Maga tactics enhance balance, body control, coordination, explosive movements, power, vision, instinctive decision-making, aggressiveness (when warranted) and endurance – all force multipliers in enhancing one’s athletic prowess.
